Meet the New Year on the ice of the world's deepest lake

Four days that start with a New Year's banquet on Maloe More and continue onto the clear bubble ice: a festive dinner with Siberian food and fireworks on 31 December, a day on the transparent ice with a picnic and samovar tea, then Olkhon Island with Cape Khoboy by 4x4 and Shamanka Rock.

31 December: Irkutsk and New Year's Eve
City tour of Irkutsk, then transfer to Maloe More. Festive banquet in the evening with a show programme and dancing.

1 January: Baikal ice, picnic and transfer to Olkhon
A day on the clear ice: bubbles, pressure ridges, a picnic with fish soup. Evening arrival in Khuzhir.

2 January: Cape Khoboy
4x4 trip to the northern tip of Olkhon through sacred sites, fish soup cooked over a fire, Shamanka Rock at sunset.

3 January: Farewell to Baikal
Transfer back to Irkutsk, arriving around 19:00–20:00. Plan return flights after 22:00 or for the next day.
